The Deshler Morris house originally built in 1752 was operating with a dated furnace and chilled water HVAC system. A new energy efficient geothermal system was installed consisting of ten 300 foot wells in the rear yard, along with water source heat pumps, circulating pumps and a modern building automation system for monitoring and controlling the status of the system.
